Neither is spicy. This is the pair for anyone who wants the depth of our fruit sauces without the habanero heat — and the easiest introduction to the way we cook.

Stir the pomegranate molasses through a fattoush dressing, brush it onto roasted vegetables or grilled meat, or spoon it over labneh. The cherry sauce belongs beside roast chicken and lamb, or on a cheese board with something sharp.
